Bizorca LLC is a Washington State limited liability company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Jefferson County, Washington.

• Free and paid online communities

• Group and private business or financial coaching sessions

4. Educational Use and Disclaimers

All Bizorca content and coaching are for informational and educational purposes only.
Bizorca LLC and its representatives do not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on any information or discussions provided.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are final.
There are absolutely no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks for any products, courses, memberships, or coaching services.

6. User Conduct and Community Standards

By participating in Bizorca communities or coaching programs, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward all participants and staff.
Bizorca reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any user for harassment, disruptive behavior, or violations of these Terms, without refund or prior notice.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy of Shared Information

• You are responsible for the information you choose to share during group or private sessions.

• Group settings are not confidential, and Bizorca is not responsible for disclosures made by other participants.

• You agree not to disclose or disseminate any information shared by Bizorca, its representatives, or other participants regarding business, finances, strategies, or personal details.

• You further agree not to disclose or replicate Bizorca’s proprietary business methods, tools, or frameworks.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, including videos, handouts, worksheets, and course content, are the exclusive property of Bizorca LLC.
You agree not to copy, share, distribute, or resell any Bizorca materials or derivative works without express written permission.

9. Modifications to Services

Bizorca reserves the right to modify or discontinue any course, community, or service at any time without notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizorca LLC, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any Bizorca content or services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue participation.
